SCS LATCH CARD

ELLO ELLO…Yah I am practicing my British accent…I am going to be in BRITISH COLUMBIA/VICTORIA and so even though that is REALLY Canadian…I thought I try out my British accent…but I really need to be hearing it to be able to fake it… lol.. so moving on…

This card is similar to one that Dawn has shown and I think even SCS has shown a similar card…just the size and shape have changed a little and with this one she scores the right edge of the flap that is inserted under the TAB/LATCH so that it does make it easier to slip it in…its kinda one of those slap you head things…we would have thought of it sooner or later…lol… anyway another TIP:  for the latch I like to put it on with a piece of FOAM TAPE or FOAM DOT so its lifted up above the card again making it easier to slip the flap under it to hold it closed… this latch sorta takes the place of a belly band etc.  Just a bit of extra bling to make the card a wee bit unusual.  I have a thing for bees lately so using them and some of my flower stamps was lots of fun… you could even put your bee on WOBBLE SPRING…we all know how much fun those are and how addicted I am to wobbles…

look closely and you can see that I embossed the background with a cloud template….stamp it first then emboss it.

Remember I think she told us to keep the writing over to the left…well this is what happens when you forget to do that…oh well its still fun… and the score lines do help the latch fold so the card slides easily under the latch.
